When did you first get into Bitcoin and why?

I got into crypto and block chain one year ago, from technical and business stand point.

Where did the inspiration for your ICO come from?

The inspiration of Redcab ICO came from the clear chance of using the blockchain technology to introduce a totally revamped business model to the car hailing industry, and contribute in a more efficient operation and more profitable business.

How will your business make money in the future?

Redcab will monetize from the data after building a global transportation community by offering a golden chance for retail business to use RedCab geo location marketing platform. And will also monetize for delivering professional transportation services to business like hotels & global events.

How big is your team at the moment?

We are 25 and growing. 5 founders, 4 employees and 3 part timers as well as over 7 advisors we are a big team. 

What is the idea behind your ICO?

Decentralized peer to peer transportation solution.

Can you walk us through the critical components of your business and how it will work?

Redcab is introducing a new business model and monetization model to the car hailing business which guarantee scalability, profitability and building community and this is powered by

  • Blockchain technology which introduce proof of driving to create business supply which minimize supply acquisition cost and proof of marketing to create business demand and also with minimal customer acquisition cost.
  • RedCab business model is  also unique were it guarantee increase in profits to drivers by 20% and more savings for customers by 30% (competition advantage) this will create a demand that will create a bigger user community and then monetize from data through geo ads marketing platform (instant push ads based of location)  

What was the greatest challenge you have faced so far?

The greatest challenge is market acquisition, due to the market players and their business maturity and market edge. RedCab have designed its market acquisition plan by going to touristic places with high traffic of tourism. This is to create easy access to Redcab services to as many markets with highly diversified customer profiles and from different destinations to guarantee ROI for customers. After a successful launch in tourist cities and creating a beloved brand we will start rolling to launch in small cities and last stage capitals and big cites. It’s a reverse engineered mechanism to avoid high expenses to dominate markets.  

Where do you see your business in 5 years time?

A beloved global transportation tool for communities and a revenue booster for businesses.

If you were to start again, what would you do differently? Why?

I would have spent more time in understanding customer behavior and needs to build a better MVP. To have a competition edge by UI/UX.

What are the biggest factors that will bring success?

Hiring the right calibers, Building a unique marketing channels and stick to the road map.

What’s your advice to other ICOs or Bitcoin businesses who are just starting out?

My advice is to make sure the business model is new and match the blockchain unlimited potential, serve and support the community to ensure sustainably.
